Sir Owen and the Go Bloodstock team were thrilled on Friday to watch 2yo filly HIP HIP HURRAH storm home to win on debut on Muswellbrook – thank you Michael Freedman Racing & Keagan Latham. This was a special win for the team with HIP HIP HURRAH the only foal from the late PURE ELATION who was such a talented mare for Sir Owen who sadly died foaling to FRANKEL in the UK in 2022.
HIP HIP HURRAH is small in stature like her Mum and full of heart & tenacity. Her win on Friday was full of promise and she will return to the Hunter Valley for the Scone carnival next week. We are excited to see what her future holds and she is another nice 2yo bred this year by Go Bloodstock alongside RED RESISTANCE, PLATINUM JUBILEE, STEEL CITY, KUNDALINI, TU QUI SANTUZZA, AMAZONIAN LASS, CRITIQUE & LAST STRAW.
