The holiday season was one full of cheer for Go Bloodstock as the racing gods delivered a Go Bloodstock double.
First cab off the rank was our regally bred 4yo mare MISS FABERGE noticing a well deserved first Sydney win on Boxing day for John Sargent. The last foal ex blue hen MICA’S PRIDE and a half-sister to Sir Owen’s champion CRITERION – this win compliments MISS FABERGE’s stout pedigree with good racecourse performance. She is a gem of a broodmare for the future to join Sir Owen’s illustrious broodmare band.
Not to be outdone by the girls – the regally bred son of SNITZEL then showed all the grit one comes to expect from a gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott trainee to pull himself off the canvass and land an all important stakes win in the Listed Gosford Guineas. A fast horse with a big heart – it is now full steam ahead to the Magic Millions 3yo Guineas in the New Year.
A magical double to finish the Go Bloodstock calendar year of racing.
